I HIGHLY reccommend Linex. They are the ONLY Carrier I use to ship my parcels with. I see there is much negativity on here towards Thabo... but people must remember that when a parcel sits at customs there is nothing Thabo can do about it.... All I know is that he goes out of his way to get all Linex's parcels released, that much I can tell you.....He is in a position where he is in the "firing line" everyday and constantly and I think when people jump down your throat or continually email and call you about something you have no control over it can tend to get a bit much... also people will treat you with the same respect you treat them with. I have always gotten along with Thabo because I understand his position. He can ONLY DO SO MUCH... Anybody would get irritated being (I'm not sure what the word would be?) Disrespected? about something that is out of their hands/Control. It is neither Thabo or Linex's fault if a parcel gets detained by customs...It's one of those things you must

I do not recommend them. paid my ears out of my ass to get my shipment from china, once it got here, now there is a hidden R400 extra cost. when i use dhl or ems we never pay extra. you just pay your shipping fee and that is it. i refuse to pay it so they can send the parcel back but i will be sure to tell them suppliers never to send any of my parcels via them again

EACH TIME I CALL THABO REGARDING MY PARCEL, HE GIVES ME AN ATTITUDE. AND HE DOESN'T RESPOND TO ANY OF MY EMAILS. I HONESTLY DON'T THINK HIS SUPERVISOR IS AWARE OF HIS ATTITUDE TOWARDS CUSTOMERS. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE USED LINEX, AND MY PARCELS USUALLY TAKE AT MOST 2DAYS ONLY @ CUSTOMS. IT SEEMS THERE IS MORE TO MY PARCEL BEING DELAYED FOR CLEARANCE BY THABO. AS A CUSTOMER, MY PATIENCE HAS BEEN TESTED & HE SHOWS NO REMORSE WHATSOEVER. HE HAS AN ATTITUDE & FOR THAT REASON, THIS IS THE LAST TIME I WILL EVER USE LINEX T SHIP MY PARCELS. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED & I WILL MAKE SURE I LET EVERYONE WHO I KNOW WHO IMPORTS GOODS INTO SOUTH AFRICA TO AVOID USING LINEX. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. AND I WILL NOT PUT ANY BLAME ON CUSTOMS BECAUSE I KNOW WHEN THEY CLEAR ALL MY PARCELS WITH EMS, FEDEX, AND ALSO SOMETIMES LINEX, THEY DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING LONGER THAN 2DAYS. I GOT A PARCEL SENT FROM CHINA & IT ARRIVED IN SOUTH AFRICA ON THE 17th of MARCH. I WAS NOT INFORMED ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OR THAT MY PARCEL WAS HELD BY CUSTOMS. I HAD TO CALL LINEX MYSELF, & THAT'S WHEN THABO BUTHELEZI LIED TO ME THAT HE HAD SENT AN EMAIL, WHICH CLEARLY HE HADN'T SENT TO ME. HE THEN ASKED ME TO SEND AN INVOICE FOR MY PARCEL, WHICH I DID. BUT HOWEVER, FOR SOME REASON, HE DID NOT SUBMIT MY INVOICE UNTIL ALMOST 1 WEEK LATER. AND I HAD BEEN SENDING HIM EMAILS BUT HE WASN'T RESPONDING. Dear Linex I am from South Africa , Cape Town , I have since waited for my parcel I have paid the outstanding amount. But i Have not received any feedback from Thabo Buthelezi, who is one of your assistants in Johannesburg. I have sent many inquiries and I have not received feedback several times.
